US LACROSSE ANNOUNCES PEAK PERFORMANCE SUMMER CAMP

Looking for a way for your child to improve his or her lacrosse game this summer? US Lacrosse will host its Peak Performance Camp, incorporating the philosophies and values of the Lacrosse Athlete Development Model (LADM) into best in-class instruction for the youth lacrosse athlete with at least a year of experience, from June 19-21 at US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md.

The camp will be broken into three different groups based on age — 8U, 10U/12U and 14U — and will feature a 90-minute session each day for a total of 4.5 hours of instruction from high-quality coaches with experience in implementing LADM methodologies.

At the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp, participants can expect a low player-to-coach ratio, providing maximum personal instruction. The camp will focus on skill development, making an effort to provide constant participation along the way. Included in the camp staff will be a trained coaching staff and certified athletic trainer.

For just a $150 registration fee, participants of the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp will receive a US Lacrosse membership (or renewal for existing members), a camp reversible, camp t-shirt, and three nights of instruction with highly qualified coaches and position specific training opportunities. Registration is limited to 50 participants, per age segment, per gender.

The rain dates for the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp will be June 22 and/or June 23.
