Rising Stars Lacrosse Camp is an instructional camp where emphasis is placed on improving individual skills and basic team concepts, while also having FUN! The goal of this camp is to provide the best instruction and learning environment for young, aspiring lacrosse players. Our camp instructors will focus on teaching and showing proper individual skills for each camper. The basic and more advanced fundamentals they will learn at Rising Stars Lacrosse Camp will last throughout their young careers as they develop into complete lacrosse players.
Each day at camp, athletes will be placed in groups according to size, skill, and experience. In those groups we will teach specific individual skills and basic team concepts that are appropriate to that specific group. Although Rising Stars Lacrosse Camp provides a fun and learning environment, we will utilize competitive small group drills and team-work related tasks to motivate the athletes to learn specific aspects of the game. All players will gain in-game playing experience at the end of each day by participating in scrimmage-like scenarios and games.
